Accessing Archive files within your browser

The Archive files page for accessing the archive’s file system with Keeping Culture KMS

Your archive’s temporary file system can be accessed via the Archive files administrative page. This offers a convenient and quick method for accessing, uploading, and managing files in the Archive files directory without needing an S3-compatible file transfer client, such as Cyberduck or FileZilla Pro.

However, uploading multiple files through your browser can be less reliable compared to using an S3-compatible client. Therefore, administrators should not depend solely on the Archive files page when managing files within the archive’s file system.

The Archive files page is located at:

  1. Main Menu
  2. Administration tab
  3. Archive files hyperlink

Your User account must have Administration access and Access Archive Files permissions enabled to access the Archive files page.

If the hyperlinks, pages and resources for Archive files are not available on the archive, try logging in with an account with higher administrative privileges or as a Super Administrator.
